VOLGOGRAD

The refinery has a nameplate capacity of 14.8 to 15.7 million tonnes per annum (~300,000 bpd). It ranks as one of Russia's most sophisticated plants, featuring a Nelson Complexity Index (NCI) of 9.0 and a refining depth (conversion rate) reaching 98% following recent upgrades.

TUPRAS
